Over the years I have worked in various restaurants, where I have learned a lot about the art of cooking. But it was only when I started working more with vegetables and herbs that I really found my passion. The versatility and creative potential of plant-based cooking inspires me every day.
At Z'aha Deli I can fully bring my ideas about vegan cooking to life. Whether in the shop or in catering, I get the space to express my creativity and create dishes that are not only nutritious but also a feast for the senses. What makes me most happy is the opportunity to work with pure, fresh ingredients and show how delicious and versatile plant-based food can be.
